Magic Moments is a research project being carried out by Dr. Brian Cullen. The goal of the research is to identify and understand those moments in live when we really feel alive, and of course to apply these learnings in a way that can bring more magic into our lives.

Magic Moments is based around a simple question, “What was a specific moment in your life when you felt really alive?”
Please take a minute or two to share your answer – it is fun and very helpful for the research!

I occasionally write a post in the Magic Moments blog and also maintain some other sites for my music, collection of stories, research, and other bits and pieces. Below, I have linked to some songs and other videos relevant to Magic Moments.

So often, we are not open to the possibility of magic moments in our lives. The song, Keep the Channel Open, was inspired by a Martha Graham quote.

“There is a vitality, a life force, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique, and if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium; and be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is, not how it compares with other expression. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open. You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep open and aware directly to the urges that motivate you. Keep the channel open.
